Hi everybody! My name is Derek, and I've been a Dragon Ball fan since I was 14 (now 28). I love it so much I decided to write a book about the philosophy and spirituality of the series, called The Dao of Dragon Ball.

The site explains it best, but the short version is that I go into the full history of the series, its financial success, and the East Asian connections to spirituality and martial arts, through Buddhist and Daoist culture.

Dragon Ball is the best show ever. My fiance just started watching the Saiyan Saga for the first time, and is now on episode 14. She really likes it!
